You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Return Process
- Contact us via email or phone to request a return and provide your order number, payment proof, reason for return, and related photos or videos.
- Our customer service team will process your return request. If approved, we will contact you with the return address.
- You need to return the item to the provided return address and wait for us to receive the item.
- Once we receive the item, we will immediately inspect it to verify the reported issue. If the item meets the return criteria, we will initiate a refund. For more details about refunds, please refer to our refund policy.
Exchange Process
- Contact us via email or phone to request an exchange and provide your order number, payment proof, reason for exchange, and related photos or videos.
- Our customer service team will process your exchange request. If approved, we will contact you with the return address.
- You need to return the item to the provided return address and wait for us to receive the item.
- Once we receive the item, we will immediately inspect it to verify the reported issue. If the item meets the exchange criteria, we will ship the new item to your address within 2-3 business days.

Refund Information
Once the return is confirmed, we will process the refund within 3 to 5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, Visa, or MasterCard).
Fee Policy
- For items with appearance issues, quality problems, odors, severe color differences, incorrect items, etc., we will cover the shipping costs.
- For returns or exchanges without reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
